This Privacy Policy explains how LTS Athletic LLC ("Cadence," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Cadence. By using Cadence, you agree to this policy.
Cadence is a gym attendance and reporting service operated by LTS Athletic LLC. You can reach us at support@ltsathletics.com.
Account information. When a gym signs up, we collect the account owner's name and email address, and payment information is collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Data you enter about your gym and athletes ("Customer Data"). As a coach or administrator, you enter information such as athlete names, group or level, class schedules, check-in and check-out times, attendance, and physical abilities test scores. Some of this information may be about children.
Usage and technical information. We collect basic technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as log records, timestamps, and error information.
We use information to: provide and operate Cadence; calculate attendance, hours, and reports; process payments and manage subscriptions; send account and service emails (such as confirmations and password resets); provide customer support; keep the service secure; and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use athlete data for advertising.
Cadence is a tool for gym operators, not a service directed to children. Athlete information, including information about minors, is entered and controlled by the gym that uses Cadence. The gym is the party responsible for obtaining any required consents, including parental or guardian consent, before entering a child's information. We process that information only to provide the service to the gym. If you believe a child's information has been provided to us without proper authorization, contact us at support@ltsathletics.com and we will work with the responsible gym to address it.
We share information only as needed to run the service, with service providers ("subprocessors") who are bound to protect it:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Each gym's data is isolated from every other gym's data through database level security controls, so one gym cannot see another gym's information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our hosting provider's security protections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We keep Customer Data while your account is active. After you cancel, you may request an export within 30 days. After that period we may delete your Customer Data. We may retain limited records as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to request a copy of it. Because most athlete information is controlled by the gym, requests about a specific athlete should usually go to that gym first. To make a request to us, email support@ltsathletics.com and we will respond as required by law. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive limited billing details, such as subscription status and the last four digits of the card, but not the full card number.
Cadence uses only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your place in the app. We do not use advertising or third party tracking cookies.
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect, and we will update the effective date above.
